These terms govern your use of merriweatherholdings.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
About the Site and our services
The Site is informational. It describes the services Merriweather Holdings offers (managed IT, cybersecurity, penetration testing, and AI integration). Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds us, and submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, including signed Rules of Engagement and scope before any security testing begins.
No unauthorized testing of this Site
Do not attempt to probe, scan, penetration-test, or otherwise attack the Site or its infrastructure without our prior written authorization. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it responsibly to [email protected] (see also our security.txt). We welcome good-faith coordinated disclosure and will not pursue researchers who follow it.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, code, and visualizations are owned by Merriweather Holdings. Third-party and open-source components remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without permission.
Live telemetry
The live metrics and visualizations on the Site reflect our own in-house systems doing real work, shown in aggregate. They are provided for illustration, may change or pause, and are not a guarantee of any specific capability or result for your project.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merriweather Holdings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
