Accessibility Statement

Merriweather Holdings is committed to making merriweatherholdings.com accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a single page heading structure, and a main content region.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and accessible names for links, buttons, and form controls.
- Form fields with associated labels and autocomplete hints.
- Color contrast meeting the WCAG AA 4.5:1 minimum for body text.
- Keyboard navigability and a skip link to the main content.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduced motion" setting: decorative animations are reduced or paused when you request it.
Decorative visualizations
The live data visualizations on the Site (the background fabric, embedding projector, memory weave, and gauges) are decorative, aggregate illustrations of our systems at work. The information they convey is also presented as text and numbers on the page, and they are paused when reduced motion is requested, so no information is available only through animation.
Ongoing effort and limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We test with automated tools and manual review and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party components may not yet fully conform; where that is the case we work to provide an accessible path or a direct alternative.
